The Culture of the Congregation

This first part is about the current culture and dynamics of the community-first oriented parish. Many members share their stories of first finding St. Paul's, ranging from being a recently new resident as a retiree, or having entered the church at birth as a multi-generational members.

The history before the fire

A continuation of the story of St. Paul's Episcopal church. This chapter focuses on the history of the church and its congregation prior to a devastating fire which forced the congregation to relocate to their new location today.

The Fire and Rebuild

The third chapter of the history of St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Morganton, North Carolina. A devastating fire forced the congregation to fight for their right to continue together, and rebuild anew so that they could continue to be a focal point for family and community gathering.
