Vestry elections are held at the Annual Parish Meeting on the third Sunday in January.  The term of office is three years.  Any adult person who is a confirmed communicant in good standing and an eligible voter of the parish may be nominated for the committee.  In addition, the ECW president is also a voting member of the Vestry (since she is elected by the ECW).  The Parish Priest, Associate Parish Priest, Church Treasurer, and Church Clerk are ex officio members of the Vestry, and the Priest conducts the meetings.

Vestry persons are elected to represent the parish membership in temporal matters and to make wise decisions concerning the life and ministry of the church.  The Vestry, upon nomination by the Parish Priest, elects two of its members, one as Senior Warden and one as Junior Warden.  The Senior Warden serves as the legal representative of the church and is in charge of all activities in the absence of the clergy.  The Junior Warden traditionally is responsible for the maintenance and well-being of all building and grounds.  Unless otherwise noted, the Vestry meets the fourth Sunday of each month after coffee hour (about 10:30 a.m.).
