Vestry Elections are held at the Annual Parish Meeting. The term of office is three years. Any adult person who is a confirmed communicant in good standing and an eligible voter of the parish may be nominated. Vestry persons are elected to represent the parish membership in temporal matters and to make wise decision concerning the life and ministry of the church in accord with the diocesan and national church Canons.

The vestry, upon nomination by the Rector, elects two of its members, one as Senior Warden and one as Junior Warden. The Senior Warden serves as a legal representative of the church and is in charge of activities in the absence of the clergy. The Junior Warden traditionally is responsible for the maintenance and well-being of the building and grounds.

Unless otherwise noted, the Vestry meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm.
